05. Order Confirmation and LC Transfer to the Factories.
06. Accessories Development following the buyer's original sample and artwork and send to the Buyer for approval.
07. Fabric Quality & Lab-Dip submission to Buyer for approval.
08. Ensure quality of bulk Fabric & Accessories as approved.
09. Pre-Production sample sending to buyer for bulk production confirmation.
10. Ensure bulk Fabric and Accessories timely in-house for starting production to meet Garment delivery that agreed with buyer.
11. Ensure our In-line quality controllers during bulk production running for better quality output from cutting stage to packing.
12. Time to time Production status update to Buyer.
13. Final Inspection of finished goods on behalf of Buyer and sending the inspection report to Buyer for cargo release.
14. Cargo Booking and goods handover to shipping line and timely follow-up with the parties who are involved.
15. Shipping documents with shipment advise sending to Buyer for Inspection Certificate issuing confirmation.
16. Shipping Sample sending to Buyer.
17. Bank Documents sending follow-up.
18. Proceeds realization and disbursements among the parties, if needed.
